IceCarousel is available as a separate module and is not part of the template. You should install it as a module through the J! Administrator. You can find the module inside the Template Package
Description
IceCarousel module is a simple, yet powerful Joomla Module which we have build to enhance the power of your Joomla website. The scope of this module is to show Article items of a certain category in a carousel way. As you can see below from the screenshot taken in the J! Administrator you will notice many parameters that are available for this module. You can change the number of items that you want to have on the carousel, enable/disable the buttons and carousel numbers ect.
The IceCarousel module as all our modules require that it should have a Category assigned to it. As you can see below from the screenshot the category that is assigned is the IceCarousel category. So the IceCarousel module will display all the articles that are under the IceCarousel category. Also you can limit the articles that you want to display using the Numbers of Items feature on the Module Parameter
